7:30- 9:00am Mindful Morning (meditation/guided visualization) with Lydia/Sherri + Jungle Yoga 

9:00-10:45am Brunch (Organic, Local Creations by Chef Alex)

11:00am Departure for Beach, Surfing and Stand-Up Paddle lessons by Lydia Vasquez

3:00 pm Return to the lodge for chill time + tapas (or excursion to nearby Sayulita/San Pancho)

4:30-6:00pm “Aligned Life Workshop” with Sherri Starr

6:30pm Dinner (Organic, Local Creations by Chef Alex)

Evenings to play music, relax, connect, beach bonfires
